How to Install Realtek 8101E/8102E

I Download Realtek 8101E/8102E Driver from Realtek website.
but when i run autorun.sh in driver folder, Output is:

Check old driver and unload it.
Build the module and install
/bin/sh: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
make[1]: *** [clean] Error 2
make: *** [clean] Error 2

How can is Install it?

What are you running Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit? I ran autorun and didn't get an error although I aborted the install before it tried to remove modules.
