network connection managar not showing device

I installed bam mobile partner for my huawei E1823 modem before that i used to connect through default network connection manager and it worked perfectly well. after installing mobile partner it seems to not work i tried to uninstall bam mobile partner but invain
default connection manager never showed the device.
kindly help to get the configuration back

first, you need to install the HUAWEI mobile partner again, then enter the profile mangement to set the APN and dial number.

APN is the for your SIM card provider, you need to check it
Dial number is *99#

and then try to connect. it would work. if not, you need to dashboard your modem.
