where did the nautilus buttons gone?

Hi all,
I recently upgrated to 12.10, and i noticed that nautilus is alot different than what i got used to back in 11.04.

could someone tell me how i can add some buttons that are gone to this versrion, like the zoom increase and the view buttons?

I hate the latest trend of giving us more empty space while removing features it is happening in ubuntu and windows

Thanks for the link, but this only works for 12.04. I have 12.10 and it doesnt let me install it.

i will keep looking on the web, since there is a patch for 12.04 there should be something for 12.10.
