    Question need help finding sim card slot tty value

    I have a computer with a sim card slot.I have the script called sakis3g. i cant figure out how to find my sim card slots tty value so i can setup 3g with sakis3g. i have looked on the internet to no avail. i have attached my hardware info in the file below. help would be great
