I'm looking for webmail services that, for no charge, forward incoming email to another email address and that lets you send email from another device using the webmail provider's SMTP servers.

I know of 2: gmail.com and outlook.com.

Could you add to this list?

gmail also has IMAP which is a big deal IMO

It's not just "free email forwarding" I'm looking for. It's services that offer BOTH free email forwarding AND free sending of emails through their SMTP servers.
