I'm just wondering are there any programs (like compiz) for typing effects?
I mean when typing (in a browser or anywhere), I want the letters not just appear but slowly fade in or some other effects.
Is there any way to do it?

Vodka works too.

I also don't know of any software that does the effect you want. Why not just leave it vanilla?
