Problem with lubuntu 12.10

Hello all,

This is my first post on the ubuntu forums, i hope to find some answers here

I'm kinda new to linux, i have experimented with it a bit, and installed Lubuntu 12.10 on my new netbook (asus x101ch). Installation did his job, evrything went fine... until i booted up. the netbook boots normal, but then (without seeing the lubuntu boot screen) the machine boots into console :/ i can login there, and do some commands, so i tryed the startx command. this didn't work, i got the message that there were no screens found

is there someone who can help me with this problem?

Check if installation media (CD) has errors on it?
Try older version of lubuntu if you really want it!
