In-Game toggles

Hi, I have actually 2 questions here.

I recently installed OpenArena and when launched in Window mode, I can't inrease or lower the volume using my hotkeys. It was possible in Ubuntu Unity but not here...

And... Is there a way I can temporarily exit out of in-game to my desktop. Basically so I can move around the desktop while the game is paused.

ctrl+tab should allow you to tab through open programs and your desktop. as far as the hotkeys not working for volume, not sure how to fix that, it's most likely because the hotkeys don't have hooks into the game to control it's volume. good luck
