Change username in the ubuntu forum

Thanks a bunch. It says in the Forum FAQ about the creation of a new account and disabling of this one.
Is there not a chance that the admin can do it for me?
I mean it could be but they won't or is it not possible at all?

I can certainly disable this one and you can create a new one afterwards.

Logout and you will be able to create a new account.
