Dress in a large penguin outfit and ring a bell with a black bucket outside of Walmart. That will get some attention. Maybe the evening news.

What a refreshing post. I am new to this forum and is it just me, or does there seem to be a live person or two posting completely fabricated threads claiming to have problems that I have never heard of with Ubuntu?

In all honesty I prefer Ubuntu to my roomate's Apple OS system

Different people can run into different problems. With the amount of different hardware out there, this is inevitable.

Hmmm..... a lot of variables there ..... perhaps about 2000 stars away from city lights and perhaps even 6000 in a completely dark environment. Factor in eyesight, brightness of moon, Jupiter, venus etc. Hmmmm....

You think that's air you're breathing now?

I simply talk about how much I can do with a Linux Operating System for "FREE", that usually sparks an interest in the serious user's eye

also when dealing with security linux is the best in my opinion

    HI:

Start your own Linux User Group in the town in which you live.

Make a website, put an ad in your local paper and ask at your local library if they'd provide a room for you to have a small group in.

As others mentioned just mention Linux.
Preaching only leads to an argument; I found that out the hard way and had my head handed to me (theoretically speaking)

    Best of luck to you!
