    Virtualbox Crashing

    Hello there,
I'm new to this forum, but I will try and make this as concise as I can.
I am currently running the 64 bit version of Ubuntu 12.04 and have several Virtual Servers running.
However, on occasion, I lose one of my Server 2003R2 VM's.
I drop it, terminate all of the other terminal servers, and then am able to bring it back up. I am currently running with 8G or memory, and I have a Xeon E5620 2.40GHzX16 processor.
What I would really like to know is what the processor and memory settings should be at when I establish resource rules for that particular machine. I have been guessing at it for lack of a better word.
    Any input would be appreciated.

I have a 64bit Slackware host using Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager 4.1.18
running 8 Gigs of RAM on the host.

I assign 3G of RAM for my sole guest and it runs very nicely.

Windows terminal servers in my memory have been problematic in the past (ts needs restarting regularly).
