I have to use Alt to drag it down and cannot resize the window. Here how it looks on my netbook 1024x600:

I confirm the problem in my netbook. You’d think that these dumbed-down GNOME UIs are suitable for small screens, don’t ya?

Damn, I thought i cannot change my wallpaper and i can only use wallpaper that comes pre-installed in Ubuntu!(Hmm, beautiful big thumbnails ) But wait a minute...if I press this Alt key, can i move it? Yes, you can! Oh, it's hidden now! Brilliant GNOME! Oh, hold on a sec...I'm using a netbook 1024x600(sigh).

You are not using Ubuntu gnome-shell 3.6 on a netbook, don't you?
Yeah, netbook? Who's using them? It's rubbish! But i want to see ubuntu 13.04 performance on this low-end machines! I'm sure unity and gnome-shell will be lightning fast on your i7 machines.

Could someone please report a bug for this issue? It should be forwarded to bugzilla.gnome.org too.

Are any other Settings panels broken with a low resolution screen?

i stop installing ubuntu on netbooks and low end laptops a long time ago, since 12.04.Ubuntu has become a hog! It's more power hungry than Vista right now. I definetely will not install ubuntu on low performance machines,it's a waste of time.

It’s funny, I have a LT20 netbook and Ubuntu performs excellent here.
