Bugs with automatically show hide panel in XFCE

Hello, I use Xubuntu 12.10

I turn on for main panel "Automatically show and hide the panel". Most time it works as I expect. But sometimes it don't hide. After unlock screen or even just with out visible reason.

What can I do with it? Maybe report a bug?

I am also using Xubuntu 12.10 and the "auto-hide panel" stops "auto-hiding" after I resume from suspend.

I am going to try and disable the XScreensaver to see if it changes anything.

This bug has been reported some months ago. No solution yet though.
