I'm using Ubuntu One on both windows and Linux. My questions is that, if any virus attack my Windows and damage my files. Is there any probability to damage the files which I kept on Ubuntu One will be damaged?
Any help will be appreciable.

If file sync is in use and an infected item is added to the synced folder it will be uploaded to Ubuntu One.I find nothing to indicate Ubuntu One scans for malicious content prior to upload, but I could be wrong.
Prior to adding items to a synced folder from Windows it is possible to right click and scan with Security Essentials or another AV program to check for known viruses.
Thanks Frogs Hair for your reply. But as far I know every server uses anti virus for security. So naturally U1 also using anti virus I think. That's I'm confused that when my going to be uploaded to that server will it be checked for virus or not.
I think it's also a security matter for U1 server and other users also.
You could always try the asking the team on IRC (#ubuntuone in freenode).
Or use the contact page at https://one.ubuntu.com/help/contact/
I'd be surprised if UbuntuOne scans your files, without making it clear that they do, if for no other reason than having a disclaimer in the event that things went wrong.
