Post Is it possible to bump up to 64bit from 32bit?

    Hey all,

I currently have the 32 bit version of Xubuntu installed. I'm curious if its possible to upgrade to the 64bit (for no reason other than I've been reading about it lately, and I have a 64bit processor, so why shouldn't I run a 64bit system?). I figured most of what would need to be changed are the kernel and package dependencies, but i'm not sure if there was something I'm missing. Is there a way to do this or do I need to start from scratch?

No, you can't. Would have to be a fresh installation.
