i have a macbook pro with a i7 in it. installed 12.10 which i really like, but it takes like 75s to boot! i installed bootchart and it appears that the hard drive speed is a limiting factor. is this a normal boot time, and if not is my diagnosis correct?
what can i do to make this thing boot faster!
