Hello all,
i just recently installed kubuntu 12.10 (previously i only had ubuntu).
I added one more panel for icons on top of my desktop. The thing is that it moves by about height of itself down so it's not at complete top of the screen.
I tried to lock widgets on the desktop but that didn't help.

Is there any way how can i fix that?
