    Question Inodes problem

I use Clonezilla regularly to back up my whole hard drive in Ubuntu 12.04.
Every time I ask Clonezilla to check the system before making the image file I get the following message:
"Free blocks count is wrong. Fix <y> ?"
"Free inodes count is wrong. Fix <y> ?"

I respond with y and all seems to be OK.

Is the problem due to a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Same issue here [sort of], but only when I installed 12.10, either via the distrubution upgrade or as a clean install from DVD.

I even encountered this with the most recent release of Mint. Guess I'll be sticking with 12.04 LTS.

    Re: Inodes problem

When I re-formatted the drive in order to try Mint 14 ad then used Clonezilla there were no errors. Later on errors appeared again, but it has no apparent effect on computer use.
