Crazy network issue .

Hi All .
I am facing crazy issue with my USB MODEM .

while I am trying to access the Ubuntuforums with the Idea 3g Sim I dont have any problems , I can click the General area and i can load the Thread .

But while I am doing the Internet with Vodafone 2G sim , I can just click at the general area & load it . but while I am trying to load the thread , its not loading the thread and showing as connection cant established .

This issue seems to be very strange to me and completely out of my knowledge .

Some one show me a solution for this please . Thank you .

could somebody show me a solution , because i am unable to access the forums with my Modem .

Rightnow i am doing this from other system .
