    The problem with the Elementary OS Team is that they are not sure about their own applications...So, by the time Luna final would come out Precise's LTS period would be over...

    Its possible to upgrade it then to the next LTS release. It is after all Ubuntu at its core.

    I haven't done it -- I just want to know *how* to do it.

    Eventually I probably will, but so far being on Precise is not causing me any difficulty.
