Update 12.10 and "I couldn't detect any..."

I try to upgrade my laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo x86) Ubuntu 12.04 to 12.10. Everything was great, but then my laptop suddenly close and reboot.

After this I have get error message "I couldn't detect any system tray on this system" many times.

What I can do? Should I have to install 12.10 again or can I repair it
