I upgraded to 12.10 overnight and my system no longer boots - error: file not found followed by the grub rescue prompt.

After looking through the forum I used a 12.04 live disk (I know I should use a 12.10 disk to make changes) to download bootinfoscript. Here is the result:

Can anybody see anything wrong with this? I have tried to use Boot-Repair in the past but it doesn't seem to work with my slow internet connection.
