Change /home around

I've just installed Lubuntu 12.04 and it has installed the /home (a) part on the same partition already. I have another /home (b) part on another partition that I would like to use as the default. The problem is that my current one is encrypted. Can I switch to /home (b) and then encrypt it, then delete /home (a)?
