Keep All My Changes From My Ubuntu 12.10 On PC To Laptop

Sorry for the title being so long but I couldn't think of how else to explain it short.

So basically what I want to know is; Is there a way I can Install the exact same Ubuntu as the one on my PC on my laptop.
What I mean by that is, in the short time I have been using Ubuntu 12.10, I have changed it a lot like installing applications, changing to Gnome, changing a lot a system settings and things set like connecting my Facebook chat.

Is there a way that I can click on some backup file on my laptop that would just make it the exact same as my PC?

Ask if you don't understand or need more information to what it is that I want to do.
    Thanks for reading.

You can use Remastersys to make a Live DVD of your current system. You can then use this just like a normal Ubuntu Live CD with the option of installing it on a new system.

Another option would be to just clone your PC drive onto your laptop drive.

    Thank you so much!
I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks like exactly what I wanted.
But, If I make my PC into a distro and gave it to a friend, after he installs it will it still have all my things logged in?

From the Remastersys website I linked to earlier:
Remastersys is a tool that can be used to do 2 things with an existing Debian, Ubuntu or derivative installation.
    • It can make a full system backup including personal data to a live cd or dvd that you can use anywhere and install.
    • It can make a distributable copy you can share with friends. This will not have any of your personal user data in it.
