    we have 150 laptops, all using AMD, impossible to migrate 12:10

    we have 150 laptops (dell ultrabooks Inspiron 14, all using AMD) impossible to migrate 12:10

    follow all the forum guides to install vr 12.10. The problem is reported in askubuntu unsuccessfully.there is an incompatibility between XORG (ubuntu) and the version of the drive AMD.


    moreover, does not work fglrx.

    common problems
    no acceleration
    unity not working
    High temperature processor
    fan working uninterrupted

    Sounds like a good reason for staying with the LTS...
    Especially with a large deployment as you describe.

    Hybrid graphics support is sketchy in Linux in general,
    let alone with cutting edge releases.
