Can't upgrade to 12.10

I'm running 12.04 and want to update to 12.10. My computer is fully updated, but won't show 12.10 as an option. Any help?

You can also try :

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
