    Charging Icon Won't Go Away

When I plug in the computer, it goes from the normal battery symbol with % and stuff to a charging icon. That's perfectly fine. But when I unplug the charger cord, it says it's still charging and the system thinks it's getting power.

Is this a common issue and/or how could I fix it besides restarting the computer every time?

You can try to restart your X Server by hitting:

    Code:
    CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE
And see if that refreshes it?

    Doesn't work for me, either.

Can you post the output of sudo upower --dump when running on battery power?
