Installing Update Problem [12.04]

Here are my error messages. I've searched a lot and tried multiple things but nothing seems to work.

When I go into software center, I get the second image attached.

When I hit Repair, I get an error message with this text

Try this in terminal:

sudo apt-get update

Do you get the same errors?

Try these three, in fact:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

... in that order. Post any errors.

Also, could you post a copy of your sources.list with:

nano /etc/apt/sources.list

There was a bug report on libgranite, but a fix has been released. So I wonder if your running the latest release (0.7). If you are, then I am out of ideas on how to fix this. You can file a bug report or ask a question here.
