I had the issue with beta 11. Reverted to 12.10 driver without any issues.

The first GPU comparison in Ubuntu (and Linux in general) using Steam and Serious Sam 3. I used 17 modern GPUs in order to compare their performance in OpenGL and Steam. Let me know what you think in order to improve my reviews based on your needs and appetite.
Not that much time to look at it all but it seems a lot of info (which is never bad)... site and the review itself looks very nice btw...

    I did not buy it.
    It is in my library.
It is not in the linux category, nor is it installable on our platform.

the recent STEAM update has made TF2 sooooooooo much better and smoother. I talking about no hiccups whatsoever.

can someone confirm that these are the correct links for 64Bit Ubuntu Linux? (ldd tf2)

    Code:

    Re: STEAM on Linux BETA

Got in via the round last week. Been too busy playing.

TF2 is fine, Serious Sam3 I bought for Linux. Works fine so far.
Could be better framerate, but I haven't been tweaking it yet (too busy killing stuff and laughing myself silly)

Also waiting on what other games are going to show up.

I expect I'll be splurging on a buncha games as they come out.
(I have a rather large wishlist... those show up under the Linux tab...
    SOLD!)

No crashes or anything for me, just a few of the already known bugs in various spots.

    SO far, so good.
