Songs from Frostwire to iPod

So every tutorial I've found on how to move songs and movies from Frostwire to iPod has required the use of iTunes. You just have to drag and drop the songs to your iPod on iTunes. But iTunes isn't available for Ubuntu, and I don't want to download Wine. Actually, I just don't want to use iTunes. I hate it.

So does anyone know a way to get songs from Frostwire to my iPod Touch without using iTunes? Thanks.

Last time I looked (and its been a while) you should be able to view the iPod as a storage device and just drag and drop the music files into the correct directory (possibly hidden, don't remember).

Any idea what that directory is? I can't seem to find it.
