Question fresh installation: set software source

When install Ubuntu on a new compute, can I modify the default software source?

Our internet is slow. We have a mirror of the software source. Can I change the software source for a fresh installation to use our own mirror? Otherwise, it runs days long.

    Thanks!
But I am sorry that I might not state it clearly. I refer to the installation process, not after Ubuntu has been installed.

I search Chinese forum, they suggest unplug the net when installing.
feel a bit upset. No way to set the source when installing.

You can choose "Try Ubuntu Without Installation", and then follow Bashing-om's post in order to choose a fast mirror, do a repo update and install.
