Using Gnome Shell (ubuntu gnome remix actually).

Logged into one of my user accounts to find everything was in Chinese.
Well last time I was in I altered something in keyboard layouts so I figured I had accidentally changed it and after much fiddling I eventually got it back to English.

So I then logged into my main account only to find THAT was in Chinese!
Once again I managed to get it back to English but when I went back to the first account again, it was back in Chinese.

And so it keeps going like that. I get one account back and the other switches to Chinese, get that one back and the first changes.

What do I do?
