Best reasons to dump canned and processed food is taste and the environment, not health.

Nobody really knows conclusively how cancer starts in the body - otherwise I wouldn't need to raise money for this cause. Most of the research right now is going toward detection and prevention. Seriously though, I encourage people to sign up the to Ubuntu Network at movember.com so that a body of people are part of that group (even if you don't plan on raising a penny toward the cause this year).
