First Cup of Ubuntu
Hello, I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Ubuntu. However, when I move my mouse, it's flickering. It's really annoying. And when I stop moving the mouse it completely disappears. i searched for help online but couldn't find anything usefull. I hope you guys can help me, Thanks in advance.

What type of mouse is it ?
Optical, wireless, ball and type of connection, USB, PS/2 ? etc
In Unity Panel click system settings, Mouse and Touchpad.
Experiment with all options and see if they help.
I cannot duplicate your problem, I did set mouse acceleration to fastest, which was too fast for me but dont know if this is what is causing your problem.
