Post Countries that still protect privacy and internet

In your opinion or knowledge what are the countries that do a better job protecting data and not into mass surveillance programs like PRISM, Great Wall of China, FinFisher among others?

From what i have seen the countries which perform a better job protecting data and not doing a mass surveillance program are: Spain, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic, Iceland, Slovenia, Romania, Switzerland and Holland. Do you find it accurate?

This is a clearly political question. While we have been more lenient with regard to how political events might affect Open Source, discussion of the events themselves is still not allowed.

We've had enough of the discussions about the NSA, PRISM, surveillance, etc.
