Hmm, seems reverting back to * rTorrent 0.6.0 - libTorrent 0.10.0 * has fixed my crashes.. Thanks for making the debs

No problem.

These are all unstable, so if you're having trouble with the latest public release, you might want to try compiling from svn, or just waiting it out for the next release. The issue may have been solved.

Had no luck compiling from svn (c++ compiler cannot create executables error message on ./configure)

Anyway thanks for the rTorrent 0.6.0 & libTorrent 0.10.0 debs. Much appreciated.

Re: rtorrent latest version

I have been using rTorrent 0.6.2 for some days now, and I haven't experienced any trouble. The main difference I have noted is that the hash checking, which was already very fast, is even quicker in 0.6.2.

But the development is really fast! 0.6.2 has only been out for a couple of weeks, and version 0.6.3 is already released!

Re: rtorrent latest version

Finally got rtorrent 0.6.3 and libtorrent 0.10.3 compiled and installed.

No problems encountered after running for 24 hrs. New view screen is much better. Same good dl/ul performance. Better memory usage.

Worth upgrading if you can.
