Between the dash and a running application ?

Press the Super key (windows key).

Alt + Tab lets you switch between running applications.

No. I have marked in the picture 2 tabs INSIDE the dash. How do I navigate with keyboard between dash-tabs?

Try it again , I just tried and it works.

Go down with down arrow key unitl you see the lenses (thats the name) inside a square , then with arrow keys (left-right) and [Enter] you can navigate.

    Thanks

Sorry if I am misunderstanding, to move between the lenses use Ctrl + Tab.

If you keep the Super key depressed for a second or two, you will get the list of Dash shortcuts available (and others).
