No titlebar and cannot move window

Using Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal 64bit version.

I have an ATI5770 card and fglrx driver.

    I have installed gnome-session-fallback
If I switch to gnome-session-fallback, windows do not have titlebars, minimize, maximize or close widgets and I cannot move or resize them.
I can close them with alt-f4

Works fine with Unity and previous release Ubuntu 12.04
    Thanks in advance.

Re: No titlebar and cannot move window [Solved]

This may be a bug in Ubuntu 12.10

If you have installed gnome-session-fallback and have no window titlebars, widgets, and cannot move windows, try logging in with option
    Gnome(classic) No effects.

This time titlebars re-appear and can be moved, resized etc.

I am using fglrx driver with ATI5770 card and running 64bit Ubuntu from fresh install.
    Hope this helps someone.
