    Android 2.6.1 Gingerbread i think, (Least secure Linux ever!)
    also unstable and buggy at times

    Note 2 is jelly bean check out the Samsung demo on the web it is incredible and fits

    in my jeans or shirt front pocket.

    Note 2 is great , but costs heavy ...sad I cannot afford to buy it..
