I have to say I am really impressed so far and it has only been a few minutes with this upgrade.
I love the new look of Lubuntu, it is a lot sharper and the upgrade process was so smooth and required little effort (this is rare) plus it seems to have cleaned out a lot of cruft from old software.
to be fair I did run upgrade-system a few days ago and i use bleachbit and deborphan to keep my system clean but when i upgraded it cleaned out old kernels and pieces from when i installed ubuntu-desktop as well.
In short WOW!
The only issue I have is from trying ubuntu-desktop and now when i open lxterminal I get a graphics artifract almost like it opens 2 windows but the second is just black and it goes away when I drag a window over it.
