    How can I contribute in ubuntu development?

    Dear ubuntu experts,
    I'm naive as an ubuntu user. But I want to learn using ubuntu easily and creating programs or applications for ubuntu. I don't know how to start.
    I want to contribute in ubuntu development. If you wish to give me a suggestion about how should I start, it will be my great pleasure to you.
