On/Off switches for wireless interface not working perfectly

hi friends,

I have two wireless interfaces - one is built in in my laptop and another external wifi adapter connected via usb. I opened the network GUI in ubuntu and can see two wireless interfaces. When I used the switch to on/off one interface, it affects all the wireless interfaces, I mean If I off the eth1 interface, the wlan1 interfaces also becomes off and same for the on operation.

Is it a bug or I am doing something wrong?
