    mbm editing

Please how do I create mbm files or edit mbm files?
Is there an application that can help
me with that? I tried using xnview to open a .mbm
file which I had already on my system.
It told me that the file had many pages.
Later when trying to save the file it told
me that only one page will b saved.
Please how do I save the file as true mbm? Or any better application to help me with this.
    Thanks alot in advance
