I have just upgraded Ubuntu from an older version of 10.04 I think to 12.04.
Everything works beautifully except that I can't seem to use wireless feature.
I was introduced to ubuntu some time ago and still not too familiar with it.

Just a heads up: You will get a lot more attention if you use descriptive thread titles. You can change this one's by editing the post, hitting 'Go Advanced' and editing the title there. Avoid things like 'Help' or 'Hard drive'. They don't give any info about your issue.

Have you plugged in a cable, gotten online and gotten updates? Then checked Additional Drivers?

Could you open a terminal (Applications>Accessories>Terminal) and paste this in:

sudo lshw -C network

Post the output back here, please.
