I can't downlaod 720 hd video from youtube

I try some addons from firefox but I couldn't download 720 format , however I can download 360 and 480 formats ,
how can I download 720 format from youtube ?

Not all videos have 720 format available. Can you watch the same video with 720? If you cannot watch it then you cannot download it either.

do you mean download as in watch at youtube.com or save to your computer? To watch 720 make sure your internet is fast enough first of all. If you mean save it you're not supposed to (there's a sticky about it at the top of the help topics, it's against their T&C's) and asking about it might get you into trouble

@forsubhi, Youtube's ToS specifically disallow downloading videos. Please see the link Cheesemill posted.
