I try to install ubuntu 12.04 on vmplayer (running on windows xp)
    Everything is Ok.
But after I log in, it reported

    wm player unconverable error (svga)

my pc used integrated main board

Just wonder if I need to install an independent graphics card.

Go into the VM configuration and turn off the 3D/Video Acceleration.
