CAcert is the only one I've noticed in use. You could always sign your own, too. That's an option.

From the namecheap website:

You also need to have a dedicated IP address (can be ordered at your web host)

Anyone know first-hand if this is the case? It may not be so cheap after all if one is using a dynamic ip.

Do you have your own server or VPS? If so, an IP address should be part of your plan, or available for a few dollars a month.

If you're on a shared hosting platform, you should be able to use the common SSL cert which your provider can give you the details for.
