I start Ubuntu using neo grub in easy bcd. During the last update I missed the kernel version number which should be entered manually in neo grub. It used to be 3.2.0-23 what is it now?

The latest stable kernel is 3.2.0.31. A newer version might be in the proposed-updates, but I don't run those.
You can always look up the version number of the latest package on the Ubuntu package website:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/linux
