    newbie with openjdk.

    openjdk is my choice to develope small games, what i need to know to start ?

    Where are the licenses etc. and are openjdk licenses like 'free as freedom itself' stylished, or what i need to know, i want to have a small site to the small games i want to create.

    Find a tutorial and start coding.

    Synaptic package manager has the licenses.

    You might find it easier to take a course.

    i dont find any of the licenses from synaptic package manager ?

    Are there many licenses i need to read and understand and accept ?

    Not in front of anything Ubuntu right now, but search on openjdk, click on the license tab.

    It generally doesn't ask you to accept a license if it's a common Open Source license. The sun/oracle jdk license they'll want you to accept separately.

    Seriously you new guys need to start reading the licenses. There aren't that many, and Open Source licenses are easy to understand. There's a lot of misinformation going around about licenses, proving that nobody is taking the 5 minutes to read it.
