Disk Partitioning - So where should I put my data

I'm setting up an Ubuntu server as a central file server in my house. The boot drive is a 750 Gb drive. I let the installation create my partitions automagically, and now I'm confused which partition to mount for data storage. I do have two other drives in the box that will be all data, but I wanted to make use of the boot drive too since I don't see needing all 750 Gb for the OS. Below is the fdisk -l for the drive:

Are these maybe the 3rd and 4th partition on my sda disk?

I do not use LVM, but know you cannot use standard fdisk & gparted with LVM. You have to use the LVM tools to edit or view LVM partitions.
